My classes

Practise with me

My classes are a safe space for you to connect to yourself and your breath, move at your own pace, and to stretch and mobilise your body. I am a trauma-informed teacher, meaning I try to teach with awareness of how individual trauma may be affected by yoga practice. I hope to create a truly inclusive space for you to come and be you with no judgement.

My Beginners class is at Re:balance Yoga Collective at Epping Golf Club, on Tuesdays, 8.30-9.30pm. This is an accessible class for every body, but it is upstairs so it is suitable for those who are able to access this room without a lift.

I also teach trauma-informed mindfulness at a support group to help women who are processing trauma. The details of this group are confidential, but if this is something you are interested in for your own group, workplace or school, please feel free to get in touch with me.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher, and have undertaken Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training with the Accessible Yoga School and Our Mala and a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga CPD with Nicolette Wilson-Clarke FACCPH at YogaRise.
